* Responsible for assuring oil, water and gas wells in BP Angola Block 18 and Block 21 deepwater fields are
designed, constructed and operated and in compliance with national regulations and company practices.
* Develop and implement well integrity management strategy.
* Manage well integrity and perform risk assessment of problem wells, and evaluate actions (including well
work) to prevent/ mitigate well integrity problems
* Provide well integrity input to new well constructions, well intervention work and well abandonment

* Responsible for production management and production enhancement (workovers, gaslift optimisation,
perforating, stimulation, compressor optimisation, water shut-offs), well surveillance and well integrity, and
identifying well intervention requirements.
