AZZUDDIN SHAH BIN KASSIM is the founder and Executive Director of PROCEANIC ENGINEERING MALAYSIA SDN BHD with their head office based in Houston Texas USA.

He holds a B.Sc Finance from Oklahoma City University USA and a diploma in Business Studies from Polytechnic Ungku Omar in Ipoh Perak.

Prior to his current role, Azzuddin Shah led in the direction the company in Malaysia and South East Asia. He has more than 20 years’ experience in oil n gas industry and banking industry.

Prior to joining the PROCEANIC, he was a CEO and director of PSC Synergy Sdn Bhd Emerge Synergy Sdn Bhd, Principal Gas sdn Bhd and worked at Ban Hin Lee Bank, Maybank Fortis, PSCI Bhd.
